Kangoo Jump Your Way to a NEW You!
Remember back in elementary school, kids would spend their entire recess playing jump-rope without a care in the world. If you did that now you might find that your joints just aren't as resilient as they used to be. But yet, it is a fun way to get your heart rate up, and use many muscles throughout your body making it a great aerobic exercise. Now, with the introduction of Kangoo Jumps, bobbing up and down like a weightless astronaut is easier than ever before. You may think that the name describes the exercise itself, but it actually refers to the lightweight, low-impact sports shoes have a football-shaped spring at the bottom.
