Resistance builds strength



You don't need super expensive, fancy exercise equipment to stay in shape.  Resistance exercises using tubing or bands is a cost-effective way to get your muscles stronger and more toned.  Any exercise that uses resistance to the force exerted by muscular contraction is typically referred to as "resistance training" or "strength training".  At Fit Body Blvd we offer Core Fit programs that include resistance training.  Check out the full selection of programs offered here.
